Raised just outside of St. Paul, Minnesota — Connor moved to South Carolina when he was 22 years old.
He played collegiate baseball for a few years prior to obtaining his Real Estate License & also served his local community as an EMT/Fire-fighter — dedicating his time and effort to serve others — just as he strives to do in all of his Real Estate transactions.
Always searching for innovation, Connor joined a flat-rate company early in his Real Estate career, helping to grow the company and eventually becoming co-owner.

Cathy Reynolds was raised in Wadesboro, NC and grew up loving to vacation here in the Low Country. In 2008, she moved to the area where she met her husband Ryan. Together, they enjoy raising their two children here.

Christine also holds a United States Coast Guard Captain’s License & has most recently managed the Reserve Harbor Yacht Club in Pawleys Island.
