Raised just outside of St. Paul, Minnesota — Connor moved to South Carolina when he was 22 years old.
He played collegiate baseball for a few years prior to obtaining his Real Estate License & also served his local community as an EMT/Fire-fighter — dedicating his time and effort to serve others — just as he strives to do in all of his Real Estate transactions.
Always searching for innovation, Connor joined a flat-rate company early in his Real Estate career, helping to grow the company and eventually becoming co-owner.

Formerly a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Christine has a unique understanding of how to negotiate a home purchase price for her buyer clients as well as strategically price homes for her listing clients — ensuring high quality results for all that she works with.
Christine also holds a United States Coast Guard Captain’s License & has most recently managed the Reserve Harbor Yacht Club in Pawleys Island.
